About this view (journey grouping, 2026-07-07): Cards are grouped by where the person is on the journey backbone — New leads (captured, not engaged) → In conversation (they replied) → Booked → Attended → Members (retention). The group tells you where they are; each card's tag tells you what it needs. System holds the not-contact-specific cards (AI rule proposals, capture failures). One taxonomy shared with the inbox + phone view.
